From the moment we set out to reflect Querétaro through architecture and design, we knew that to achieve this, we had to take advantage of local suppliers. For this reason, an important part of the work involved researching materials, techniques, and processes typical of Querétaro.
Architecture & Interior Design
The Miguel Concha Arquitectura firm was responsible for the architectural project and construction of Hotel Criol. Their dedication and talent were fundamental in ensuring the success of the Criol project.
Miguel and his team, in collaboration with the promoters of Hotel Criol, participated in the design of furniture and interiors.
The Developer
Jorge Degetau Sada was chosen by a group of investors to develop a designer hotel in the Historic Center of Querétaro. His role involved managing the project, from its financial and legal feasibility to overseeing and fine-tuning the design.
With 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and after 3.5 years from contract signing to opening, Jorge and his team of talented collaborators succeeded in making Hotel Criol a tangible reality.
